The 2027 Annual Notice of Change
No plot. No romance.
All information.
Coming in September to a mailbox or inbox near you.
While the Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) may not be the most exciting thing you read this year, it’s definitely worth your time. It details changes to your health plan benefits, even if your plan is automatically renewing. Because when you know what’s coming, you’ll be able to get the most out of your health plan.

We know that this can be a lot of information. Below is a list of questions to ask yourself while reviewing the changes in your ANOC.
- Do you have new benefits?
- Did benefits you use regularly change?
- Will you require new benefits based on changes to your health?
- Will the new plan options cover any health concerns you have?
- Have the medications you use switched to another tier, which could impact costs?
- Refer to your provider directory and formulary for more specifics on changes to your prescription drug coverage.
- Has your premium changed?
- Do you have any new or different deductibles, copays, or coinsurance?
- What is your maximum out-of-pocket (OOP) limit?
