When you send us a completed prescription reimbursement claim form, you can get reimbursed for many of the generic medications you’ve purchased without your Part D benefit. Your plan will pay you back within 30 days.

- $0 copays. Using a discount card may seem like a way to save. But when you fill your generic diabetes, hypertension, and/or high cholesterol medication(s) with the Part D benefit in your plan, you pay nothing.
- We’ll put your ‘out-of-pocket’ expenses back in your pocket. If you’ve used a prescription discount card to fill your prescriptions in the past year, we can still help you save. Submit your receipts and prescription reimbursement claim form, and we’ll refund your out-of-pocket costs, if eligible.
